Management candidates attend a two week comprehensive orientation program at our state-of-the-art national training center. Candidates learn about HHS's systems in a hands-on environment, and how these systems are utilized to support our operations. After the initial orientation phase, managers are assigned to work at one of our partner facilities with an experienced director.
