Entry Level Management

Our management-training program provides candidates with the foundation and tools to ensure success. New hires will learn all aspects of housekeeping management through an extensive, personalized training program which includes: "one on one" instruction with a dedicated training director, multimedia tools explaining specific company policies and procedures, as well as hands-on training covering operational methodologies.

Entry Level Management Qualifications

Candidates with the following skills or experience should apply:

  • at least one year customer service experience
  • a working knowledge of computer software applications
  • developed written and verbal communications skills
  • a stable work history with verifiable references
  • college degree preferred, but not necessary
