EVS Management
Effective Leadership
Just as we tailor our agreements to meet the needs of your hospital, we also tailor our management teams. We provide you with experienced leaders in order to ensure that our time-tested systems are implemented effectively, and you receive the results and customer service that you deserve.
Administrative Systems
Our philosophy is that our managers should spend the majority of their time out on the floors leading and training the staff. We enable our managers to maximize their time by providing fully automated systems for documentation, trending, planning, payroll, and purchasing.
Performance Improvement
We have rolled quality monitoring and staff development elements into a multi-tiered program, our Performance Improvement (PI) System. This system involves daily documented training and Quality Assurance (QA) rounds for each staff member. If deficiencies are present, we immediately teach the proper methodology, should they face the same issue again.
Executive Support
HHS also provides a Regional Vice President and a Division President to support each of our partner facilities. The Vice President frequently tours each facility within their region with our on-site management. These visits serve as continuing education and as preparatory instruction for our formalized, quarterly Account Condition Report (ACR). During each ACR, the entire program is evaluated, from cleaning quality to compliance.
The final phase of the PI program is an ownership review. Our private ownership is very involved in Housekeeping operations and tours each of our partner facilities regularly.
It is our goal to get as many hands as possible on our programs in order to provide the necessary support for our management and staff.
Joint Commission Readiness
The "Tracer Methodology" The Joint Commission uses allows the agency to survey your facility with minimal notice. This means that your EVS staff and management must be in a state of constant preparedness all year long.
Our management systems create a constant state of readiness at your hospital, allowing you to maximize on your internal resources and not depend on additional staffing to achieve your cleaning goals for a Joint Commission visit.
HHS has undergone approximately 400 Joint Commission evaluations since 1975. Each time we have received rave reviews not only for the cleanliness of the facility, but also for our performance during the survey.
