Caring for Our Team Members
Impacting the lives of our team members is the heartbeat of HHS. This is why we’ve established initiatives such as our CareFUND — a fund that provides financial assistance to team members experiencing financial hardship due to extenuating circumstances.
We’ve also established a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) committee to promote a better sense of belonging and inclusion among all team members, and our OneHHS hotline provides team members with direct, confidential access to our executive leadership team to address issues of immediate concern.
Non-Profits & Community Involvement
Caring for and positively impacting the communities which we live and work are guiding principles of HHS. We support various non-profit organizations — such as the Loralee Foundation and Casa de Miel — that do important work in serving those in need.
We also empower our leaders and team members in the field to engage with the communities they serve through community events, parades, 5Ks, fundraisers, and outreach.
Sustainability
Ensuring a more ethical, sustainable operation is a priority at HHS. To achieve this, we’ve implemented more sustainable practices at our home office, as well as with our teams globally.
Through partnerships with organizations such as Joyce Farms and The Humane Society of the United States, we’re constantly striving to be better at stewarding the world we live in.
