George Davis began his facilities management career in the US Air Force as an HVAC Specialist in 1989. After his Air Force enlistment, Davis continued his career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), where he managed several large-scale minimum and maximum custody facilities. From there, Davis joined a large multinational facilities management company where he began as an assistant director and eventually progressed to a senior regional manager position. Additionally, Davis has experience managing medical facilities for commercial and government contracts, and also owned and operated his own consulting company. Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Management from Cleary University, and is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) and a Certified Level 1 Thermographer. He specializes in healthcare facilities compliance with The Joint Commission as well as facility operations and maintenance. He has a son in the U.S. Air Force and a daughter in Austin.
