About Tom Decker

Tom Decker joined HHS in 2019 to oversee HHS’ training efforts for managers and hourly team members across all divisions. Before joining HHS, Decker gained experience as senior vice president of leadership development for a financial institution, where he oversaw a two-year development program designed to recruit and grow talent within the organization. Under his leadership, retention rates and employee satisfaction scores showed significant improvements among program participants. Additionally, Decker has more than twenty years of senior management experience, including several years as a chief of staff. Decker earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and earned a graduate degree in Banking and Finance from University of Wisconsin Madison.
