HHS Talent Solutions offers an expanded range of recruiting services and options for both current and future customers. Our comprehensive services are designed to support any industry or sector in the North American labor market, including healthcare, services, technology, manufacturing, and supply chain.
By integrating all of HHS’ existing recruiting capabilities with new services, we offer unique, customer-specific talent acquisition support.

HHS Talent Solutions builds on nearly 50 years of HHS’ honest, quality-driven service. Starting with just one customer in 1975, we now serve more than 850 customers across various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, culinary, government, education, and aviation. Our focus has always been on our customers and our commitment to quality service.
HHS Talent Solutions will leverage our existing customer base and expertise to forge new relationships and expand our service offerings while continuing to exceed the expectations of our current customers.
What Will HHS Talent Solutions Look Like?
In early 2022, we launched Connect Candidate Staffing (CCS) to provide contingent labor options for our existing customers. Since then, CCS has grown significantly, supporting many employers with temp and temp-to-perm staffing solutions.
On June 4, 2024, we formally sunsetted the CCS brand, and the team is now a part of HHS Talent Solutions. I joined HHS in April to guide the transition from CCS to HHS Talent Solutions and ensure that current CCS customers continue to receive the same high level of service and support, now enhanced by the additional resources and options available through HHS Talent Solutions.
