Team member Virginia Fenley in Lufkin, Texas was recognized by her facility for her continual efforts to provide the highest level of care for the patients she serves. Virginia received the “Stars with Heart” award in January, marking the second occasion that an EVS team member has received the award at the facility. The award serves as an opportunity for hospital staff, patients, or visitors to nominate any hospital employees for providing outstanding service or for demonstrating an act of kindness.

Virginia was recognized by two patients, both of whom had kind words to say regarding Virginia’s dedication to providing excellent care.
