EVS Team Named as the Most Valuable Player

In Waycross, Georgia, the hospital administration at an HHS partner facility presented the EVS team with the MVP game ball for exceeding the 50th percentile in cleanliness scores. The ball was autographed by the hospital CEO, COO, CNO, CFO, and Vice President of Operations. Director of EVS Jacob Mondragon said about the accomplishment, “I carried the ball with me to report at our patient experience committee meeting. Everyone got a good laugh and congratulated our team!”

Jacob and the EVS team also collaborated with various departments to put together an AIDET training music video to MC Hammer’s “You Can’t Touch This.” The video was a hit among the staff, and helped the facility’s patient satisfaction scores to go from the low 60s to mid 80s in just a few months.
