Resort Team Passes Audit with Flying Colors

In Sevierville, Tennessee, the HHS resorts team was put to the test when they faced their first big audit together as a team. The team began preparing months ago and underwent a training audit in July, but did not achieve the score they needed. That small setback kicked them into high gear, and by the time the official quality assurance audit was conducted, the team landed an excellent score that pleased the resort leadership. What’s more, the team has also raised their guest satisfaction scores into the 90s. The team celebrated the big win with a taco party.
