Jazmyne Byrd began working with HHS in October 2017 as a patient service manager in the food and nutrition department at a hospital in Danville, Virginia. She spent a year and a half there while also assisting with new account openings in the region. In April 2019, Jazmyne was promoted to culinary director at a facility in Roxboro, North Carolina.
Before coming to HHS, Jazmyne spent three years working in the department of health and environmental control in South Carolina, where she also acted as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has two daughters and has a passion for food and fitness. She earned a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences from South Carolina State University.
