Just six months after Joann Visalli began working as a housekeeper with HHS in April 2017, she was approached by the assistant director at her facility about becoming a supervisor for the third shift. Her passion for learning new things and the energy she brings to work every day made her a great fit for the role.
Just two years later, in 2019, she took advantage of another opportunity to become the lead supervisor on the first shift.
Her experience and dedication to excellence have opened up even more doors for Joann. In June 2020, she applied for the operations manager role at the same facility she began at as a housekeeper just three years earlier. She got the job and is continuing to excel as a leader within HHS.
Her husband, Scott, and six children motivate her to never stop striving to be the best person she can be.
