In January 2019, she came back to HHS as a supervisor at her former account. Four months later, she was promoted to assistant director. As she was preparing to head to the HHS manager orientation program in Dripping Springs, Texas, Lauren received a phone call from her vice president informing her that he had the perfect opportunity for her to advance into a director role. She accepted, and shortly after began working as the EVS director at a hospital in Hibbing, Minnesota.
Lauren is skilled at building relationships and making those around her feel comfortable and welcome. She has an extensive background in early childhood education as well as the service industry. She is currently a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is the single mother of a nine-year-old daughter, and in her free time she enjoys hiking, swimming, biking, reading, and practicing yoga.
“My experience with HHS has been life changing. This company has gifted me so much more than a career, it's gifted me opportunities to continue to challenge and develop myself into the best version of me while also helping others to do the same. Getting to be a part of the orientation in Dripping Springs was an incredible chance to meet the Home Office team and feel even more of the culture we are pushing for.
What I enjoy most about working with HHS is the people. We give gifts of happy, healthy, and healing environments; we are here in service of the patients needs. When you find a team that holds the value of service above all else, that’s when everything falls into place. Giving a gift of cleanliness to a patient, loved one, or family member is the most rewarding thing about this career.”
