Attention to detail has always come naturally to Linda Stewart. She has a knack for following processes and loves leading teams to do the same.
When she joined HHS in 2012, it was no surprise that she excelled in her role as a housekeeper. After just seven months she was promoted to supervisor and quickly became interested in more leadership opportunities.
So, she spoke up.
She told her vice president she wanted to grow and was given more responsibilities to prove she could be a great assistant director. She even got the opportunity to travel to multiple accounts to learn and assist with different needs.
After proving her talent as a leader, she was officially promoted to assistant director in April 2020.
But the promotion wasn’t the only reward Linda felt she received from HHS. She’s made friends and built meaningful, lasting relationships. She’s also enjoyed taking advantage of all the training tools HHS has provided and being able to share that knowledge with others on her team.
Linda’s not just a leader. She’s someone who embodies HHS’ values in everything she does and helps her team to do the same.
“The thing I enjoy most about working with HHS is seeing smiles on the faces of patients who benefit from our care, the pride in clean workspaces exhibited by our hospital staff, and the hearts of our team members who come in each day and give it their all to make our hospital a great place to work, serve, and heal.”
