Rose worked in the food and nutrition department of a hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota for four years. She got to know the HHS EVS director at the facility, who encouraged her to apply with HHS so that she could grow her career. Rose began working with HHS as a supervisor at a hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota in October 2018. Nine months after joining the company, she was promoted to assistant director.
Rose worked as a housekeeper for several years, which has helped her to understand the roles and responsibilities of her team. She is very detail-oriented and organized and enjoys seeing her hard work pay off in the form of expertly cleaned rooms. As a Minnesota native, she enjoys spending time outdoors and kayaking the lakes whenever she can.
