Team Member Receives Patient Experience Award

Martika Glover, a housekeeping team member in Houston, Texas, was presented with the Patient Experience Champion award by the CEO of her facility. Director of EVS Dexter Cole said of the honor, “Patient-centered care is one of the core essential functions in helping to improve communication between patients and hospital employees. Martika has shown values such as patience, understanding, and exhibiting kindness to all patients she encounters. She does an incredible job of upholding the motto that, ‘Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.’ The Patient Experience Champion award is a great honor to receive, and we are proud to have Martika as a part of the HHS family.”
