Team Member Success Story: Jossy Valette

Jossy Valette began working with HHS in March 2013 as a housekeeper at a medical center in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2015 she was promoted to supervisor, where she learned more about HHS’ programs and policies, and gained experience managing a variety of situations within the hospital setting. In July 2018, Josy was promoted again, this time to assistant director of environmental services.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Jossy is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a great communicator. She moved to the United States in 1989 and has two kids.
