Paul Ballon recently began his journey with HHS as Assistant Director of Environmental Services with startup partner facility Hill Country Resort in Canyon Lake, Texas. In March 2021, just a short few months after his start with HHS, Ballon was promoted to Director, where he oversees and manages EVS operations.
Paul believes that creating a relaxed, positive culture is vital to his team’s success.
How would you describe your experience with HHS so far?
“HHS has been such a great company to work for. I have had great support from upper management and my VP.”
As a new resident of Canyon Lake, Paul loves to be on the water with his 8-month-old Great Dane, where he can camp and fish.
