David Coe serves as the chief executive officer of the talent solutions division. David brings more than 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition and recruiting space. His background includes leading large-scale staffing and recruiting programs supporting organizations including Amazon, Honeywell, Siemens, Google, Schlumberger, and GE, and also leading enterprise-level talent acquisition within Cintas. Some of his experiences also include leading enterprise-scale military veteran recruiting programs, collegiate recruiting programs, DEI/ESG strategy design and consultation, recruiting technology and data analytics, and recruitment marketing platforms. He served several years as the key corporate liaison for the White House Joining Forces Initiative and served for nearly ten years as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, which included a deployment to Iraq. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the growth and expansion of the talent solutions division and helping boost overall talent acquisition practices across HHS. David studied business and marketing at Ohio University.
