Debra Stilwell joined HHS in 2014 and has served in several capacities, including interim Chief Financial Officer. She currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer for the organization. Prior to joining HHS, she spent over 20 years in public accounting, ultimately as a tax manager, served in several leadership roles in the private sector, and owned and operated her own medical mobility equipment company. Stilwell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
