James Hernandez joined HHS in 1989, giving him over 30 years of experience with the company. As Vice President of Learning & Development, his extensive knowledge and expertise with the organization enable him to execute an in-depth manager development program covering various topics, including HHS’ systems and cleaning strategies. His approach to training involves weaving in HHS’ core values which further helps develop leadership and team members. Hernandez believes that the people at HHS are critical to our success and that nurturing the relationship between those we serve and investing time and mentorship to our team members allow us to move forward together.
