Jeff Totten has been with HHS for 35 years and is the Chief Administrative Officer. Since joining HHS in 1989 as an assistant director, Jeff Totten has served in several operational capacities, including Director, Area Vice President, Eastern Division President, Western Division President, and Chief Operating Officer. As a result of his leadership, HHS attained exceptionally high retention and a refined operating system. Some of his contributions include developing procedures to build the HHS operating structure and creating awareness around job site injuries to increase safety awareness and reduce injuries. In his current role, he manages and mitigates HHS’s financial exposure related to Workers' Compensation, General and Auto Liability, and employee practices. As Chief Administrative Officer, Jeff’s application of operational knowledge and effective employment practices has substantially reduced HHS’s exposure to risk-related costs incurred by the company. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas State University.
