Michael Disparano is HHS’ chief executive officer of the education division. He began his career with HHS in 2009 as a third-shift overnight assistant director. He was soon promoted to director, where he managed multiple facilities in Florida and a large downtown facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Having spent time at every level in the organization, Michael uses his experience and perspective to help shape policy, drive change, and build systems to improve customer, employee, and partner experience. He has a track record of building successful teams, creating strong partnerships, and driving outcomes. Before joining HHS, Michael had a career in retail, restaurant hospitality, and warehouse management. In his current role, he is responsible for high-level decision-making and overseeing the division’s day-to-day operations. He studied business at Miami Dade College and earned a Master's in Business Administration and Information Technologies from Missouri State University.
