Scott Rafinski is the President of Environmental Services in Healthcare. In his role, Scott ensures operational success and provides oversight and support for six healthcare operations vice presidents across the western division of the United States. Previously, he served as senior vice president, where he managed operations at 13 facilities and monitored quality assurance programs such as on-site audits and HCAHPS. Scott is a United States Army Veteran and earned his Bachelor’s in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
