Say goodbye to store-bought window cleaners and hello to a more efficient way to get your windows streak-free and clean. With simple household products and a good microfiber cloth, the windows in your home will shine like never before

What you’ll need
  • 2 spray bottles
  • 2 microfiber cloths
  • Distilled water
  • Distilled white vinegar
  • Mild dish soap
Grime-Remover Solution
  • 2 cups distilled water
  • ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of mild dish soap
Regular Window Cleaning Solution
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup distilled water
Directions:

Using the grime-remover solution, spray the windows thoroughly and wipe with a damp microfiber cloth to remove stuck-on dirt. Dry thoroughly with the other clean microfiber cloth. Repeat as needed until all the grime has been lifted off the surface. Using the regular window cleaning solution, spray the window’s surface and wipe off using a dry microfiber cloth. Use the regular window cleaning solution weekly to keep windows looking streak-free and sparkling.

Note:

The grime-remover solution only needs to be used to remove residue and dirt on windows that haven’t been cleaned in awhile. However, you can combine the two solutions whenever you see fit for extra clean windows.
