Strawberry Banana
Ingredients:
8 ounces water or milk of choice
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup oats, uncooked
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
Chunky Monkey
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen and sliced
½ cup ice
¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
Blueberry Superfood
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup pineapple, frozen
½ banana, frozen and sliced
1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup kale
¼ cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
1 ½ cups milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions:
Add the spinach, kale, and milk to the blender and process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined and creamy.
Tropical Green
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 cup spinach
½ cup mango, frozen
½ cup pineapple, frozen
1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions:
Add the spinach and coconut milk to the blender and process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined and creamy.
Mango-Strawberry
Ingredients:
1 cup mango, frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup water
1 teaspoon honey
