HHS Announces New CEO

Brian Weed 2019 (3)

On June 1st, Brian Weed, formerly the Chief Operating Officer, became the acting Chief Executive Officer of HHS. Joe Terry, previous HHS Chief Executive Officer, will maintain his position as HHS Executive Chairman, a role that he has held for the last seven years, as well as continue to oversee HHS’ government division and lead efforts to identify and start new lines of business.

Weed has more than 25 years of experience working directly with customers to provide proactive solutions to their needs and to ensure positive outcomes. He has held several leadership positions within HHS over the past 11 years; including vice president, operational president, president of sales, chief marketing officer, and COO. During his tenure with the organization he has worked in all service lines within the company.

The new leadership alignment enables the organization to better support the day-to-day management of the company while providing additional capacity to focus on future business endeavors. Terry will lead startup efforts in new avenues of business and will oversee the HHS government division. Weed will provide leadership and oversight to the HHS Home Office and division leaders across all service lines.

As CEO, Weed plans to spend 65 to 75 percent of his time with HHS’ frontline leadership, and will focus on traveling throughout the country connecting with HHS’ teams, meeting with current and prospective customers, and supporting the daily operations and sales efforts of the organization. When not in the field, Weed will be working at the HHS Home Office headquartered in Dripping Springs, Texas, where he’ll collaborate with department leaders to ensure that the operational teams are efficiently supported and services are being upheld to HHS’ standards.
