From the article, FM 2020 Top 50:
HHS’ most significant business initiative in 2019 was revamping its culinary organizational structure because as it continues to grow, the company has seen the need to add several vice president of operations roles in order to better serve business partners. This business change is integral given the rapid growth that is continuing on the same pace into 2020. In addition, HHS added a culinary support team that is focused on building its programs, processes and implementation training and timelines, allowing the company to stay on the cutting edge of current and future trends within its business while also providing consistency across all accounts.
HHS also produced its first ever company cookbook in 2019, composed of recipes from some of the top chefs in the company. The recipes are fresh, healthy and “clean,” and they accurately represent the food that is being served in HHS accounts across the country. The dishes in the book were chef-prepared and photographed by a professional photographer.
