HHS was named a Food Management Top 50 Contract Management Company for the tenth consecutive year. Ranking at number 19 for 2022, HHS saw a 9% increase in foodservice operations revenue for the 2021 fiscal year. This data includes HHS’ culinary services across the education, healthcare, resorts, and senior living industries.
HHS also received honors as one of the nine largest healthcare foodservice operators, recognizing firms generating at least $100 million in business in the healthcare and senior dining markets. In 2021, HHS’ foodservice revenue in the healthcare sector alone was $192.6 million.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, HHS continued developing and initiating new concepts for customers throughout its healthcare, senior living, and education divisions, including the implementation of the Global Bowls, FlavorPort, The Great Grilled Cheeserie, and Wok My Way concepts.
Specifically, these new programs have contributed to increased retail sales in healthcare. On the days when FlavorPort or Global Bowls is offered, accounts see an average increase of $2,000 a day in sales, a significant increase considering hospital meals cost $5 to $6.
