HHS is pleased to announce the launch of our new, industry-leading EVS training videos for all our environmental services teams across U.S. and in Chile. Over the last two years, a dedicated team of Austin Office staff, operations executives, and job-site managers spent countless hours creating material that would provide a thorough foundation for training HHS’ team members, while also remaining interesting and engaging for viewers.
A total of 72 videos were created in both English and Spanish, covering every aspect of the EVS training process, from initial orientation and hospitality training, to proper techniques for cleaning a patient room and infection prevention education. In addition to the videos, HHS updated all team member testing materials to properly reflect the information in the new educational videos. The training videos and team member tests can easily be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the HHS internal intranet site, on-site DVDs, and Team Member Kiosks located at each facility.
HHS COO, Bobby Floyd, reflects on the launch of the new training videos, “the quality of the product speaks to the effort of all of our team members who were dedicated to the project and the standard we intend to set for the HHS EVS team overall.”
