Tim Geraghty joins HHS as Senior Vice President of Culinary and Nutrition Services

Dripping Springs, TX (March 14, 2025)—HHS is thrilled to announce Tim Geraghty as its new Senior Vice President of Culinary and Nutrition Services, reporting up to Amanda May-Smith, President of Culinary and Nutrition Services.

Tim’s culinary journey began at the age of 16 when he embraced working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This work allowed him to develop resilience and adaptability and ignited his passion for food and cooking early in life. 

After graduating third in his class from the Art Institute of Seattle in 2000, Tim honed his skills at some of Washington’s most prestigious establishments, where he gained invaluable experience in fine dining and diverse culinary styles. 

Before joining HHS, Tim spent 15 years in contract foodservice at Compass Group. During his tenure, he managed a portfolio of multiple locations at Microsoft and Boeing, delivering high-level culinary experiences for international royalty and dignitaries. He also managed large-scale event logistics, overseeing the production of events for over 80,000 attendees and serving millions of meals annually. 

In 2018, Tim joined Healthcare Services Group as the Lead Director of Operations. He focused on providing exceptional hospitality to patients in healthcare settings and implemented standardized operating procedures and data-driven performance metrics to improve patient satisfaction and cost controls. 

Now joining HHS, Tim aims to leverage his extensive experience to elevate food quality and patient satisfaction through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
