Parrish Medical Center is a non-profit, 210-bed acute care hospital located in Titusville, Florida. In November of 2019, HHS began providing facilities management (FM) services to the hospital to put a greater focus on compliance and operational efficiency.

HHS' approach included:

  • Implementing a CMMS to provide more transparency into FM operations
  • Establishing a compliance dashboard to ensure 100% compliance
  • Creating a coverage calendar to reduce overtime and burden on technicians

  • 100% compliance with all life safety required testing and inspections in 2020 and 2021
  • No condition level findings during any Joint Commission inspections in 2020 and 2021
