Contact Team Member SupportTAX FORMS FOR HHS TEAM MEMBERS:
W-2: If registered for an electronic W-2 form, active team members can access it by logging into www.myhhs1.com, which will be available online by January 31st. If not registered or you are a former team member, copies will be mailed to the team member’s last known address on file postmarked no later than January 31st.
To login, current and active team members need:
- Username (first name initial + last name initial + six-digit TMID number)
- Password – If never logged in, default password is date of birth (format: MMDDYYYY).
- Company code (14521) – This is needed when using the mobile app.
If team members have trouble logging in, they should contact their director. If directors can’t help, team members should call 512-478-1888 EXT 301 for Apps Support.
If a former team member needs assistance, they can contact W2@hhs1.com with their request and the following:
- Full name
- DOB
- Last four digits of SSN
ACA 1095: For team members who worked an average of 30 or more hours per week in 2023, you will receive a 1095-C tax form by March 2024. You do not need this form to file your taxes but should keep it in your records.
